William Fox

I'm a working general contractor. Over the years I've also written eight books on mindset, health, and building a life that holds up. I write the way I work — plainly, from experience, without the polish. What I put on the page is what I actually learned, usually the hard way.

About William

William Fox is a general contractor by trade. He started his first business at twenty with a set of tools and a used car, and he has spent the years since building, losing, and rebuilding — houses, businesses, and himself.

He is a self-published author. The books came out of his own life rather than a classroom or a credential: what he learned about mindset, health, and staying standing when things fall apart. He writes plainly because that is how he thinks, and he only writes about what he has actually lived.

He still works. He still builds. The writing happens alongside the work, not instead of it.
